1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Maid‑Right, you agree to these terms of service. We provide professional cleaning services for domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning needs in Melksham and surrounding areas.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Booking: All bookings are confirmed via email or Facebook message. We require at least 24 hours' notice for standard bookings.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling: Services can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and requirements of the property.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, and other agreed payment methods.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Current pricing will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.

4. Access & Keys

You are responsible for providing access to the property. If keys are provided, we will keep them secure and return them upon completion unless ongoing service is arranged. We are not responsible for any loss or damage if keys are lost or stolen outside of our possession.

5. Property Condition

Pre-existing Damage: Please inform us of any pre-existing damage or delicate items before the service begins. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed or for wear and tear on extremely worn or damaged surfaces.

Pets: Please inform us of any pets on the property. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if we feel unsafe due to animal behavior.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours at maid--right@outlook.com. We will work with you to make it right, including returning to re-clean specific areas if necessary.

7. Liability & Insurance

Maid‑Right carries public liability insurance. We take every precaution to prevent damage or loss, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed
  • Damage to extremely worn or fragile items
  • Damage caused by third parties or events outside our control
  • Loss of items not reported within 24 hours of service completion

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
